Tracey Russell has been in the guest satisfaction business since she was born! Growing up in a family owned and run restaurant, Laura’s Kitchen, Tracey understands what hard work and great customer service really are. She has also been in the Resort business for the past 10 years, culminating as Resort Manager for the prestigious Bluff House Club on Green Turtle Cay. Straight forward and honest, Tracey is thorough and excellent at anticipating your needs. She is both a partner in Barefoot Homes and owner of the island’s newest restaurant and liquor store - Down Through. She also owns and runs her own catering business, taking care of all your group and party dining needs.

Robin Phillips has been a part owner of the upscale Bluff House Club for 13 years. She has experience in finance & accounting and a passion for perfection. After being a managing partner of the Resort for nearly 10 years, Robin partnered with Tracey in March of 2009 to create a Home Rental company that truly delivers what it promises – value for money. Robin has also created Barefoot Weddings. Pulling from 13 years of wedding experience, she has specialized in Intimate, Personal weddings. Focused and organized, Robin is hard working and dedicated to making Barefoot Homes the best, most relaxing vacation experience you have ever had.
