One Bedroom Suites are located directly on the water, overlooking the Sea of Abaco.  One king size bed, or two twin beds are located upstairs, along with a bathroom and spectacular views.  The living room, with pull-out sofa bed, is located downstairs with a deck overlooking the water.
All the Suites include a small refrigerator, hair dryer, central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and a small deck with spectacular water views.

One Bedroom Villas overlook the Sea of Abaco and are steps from the Bluff House private beach.  Each Villa has a king size bed, living room with pull-out sofa bed, kitchen, dining area, and deck with amazing sunset views.  The Villas are smaller than the Yachtsman’s Cottages, but beautifully spacious for a couple or family with small children.

Completed in 2004 & 2005, these exceptionally spacious homes overlook the water and the Bluff House Marina.  Every Yachtsman’s Cottage includes hair dryers in every bathroom, central air-conditioning, full kitchens, dining rooms that seat 6-10 people, and expansive decks.  They can be rented as one, two or three bedroom cottages.  Enjoy the Bluff House’s special “Tranquil Turtle” Bahamian cocktail on your deck!

2. Bedroom Cottages – Two large bedrooms with king size beds, 2 ½ bathrooms, full kitchen, living room with pull-out sofa bed, dining room, and large deck all located on the first floor of the cottage.  The best value for two couples who want to have kitchen facilities.

Bedroom Cottages – All the amenities of the Two Bedroom Cottage, plus a master bedroom that occupies the entire second floor of the home.  The Master Suite includes a king size bed, full en-suite bathroom, small seating area and private balcony.  Enjoy relaxing and soaking up the Marina & ocean views in your own private sanctuary.  These homes are perfect for families with older children or three couples traveling together.
